Step by step guide

  • Book a free, no-obligation and confidential enquiry call. We can explore if coaching is right for you and if I’m the right coach for you and the outcomes you are looking for.

Following the call I can share information about my coaching packages with you.

  • Before we start coaching, complete a short questionnaire so I can get to know you better and learn more about what success looks like for you.

We will then have an online discussion to clarify our coaching objectives and your perferred ways of working. I may suggest other self-evaluation exercises to get you started. If you are ready, we can start coaching in this session.

  • Series of tailored online coaching sessions via Zoom to support you in moving towards the changes you desire. In person coaching is possible in Tunbridge Wells, UK.

As few or as many sessions as are right for you. Six or nine sessions would be totally normal.

Knowing who you are matters

Understanding your DISC profile is vital for navigating change.

Which personality style are you? No style is right or wrong.

Dominance: you have a tendency to decide quickly without wanting details or involving others. You need to see progress early to believe in the plan.

Influence: you bring energy and enthusiam but may lack focus to stay the course. Process needs to be fun for you to remain engaged.

Steadiness: you are driven by harmony and can find change unnerving. You need time to weigh up ideas and move forward in calm and thoughtful ways.

Conscientiousness: you are logical and analytical but can get bogged down in the details. Each choice has to be right and you require proof.

I can help you approach change in ways that play to your strengths, and help you unlock less familiar yet effective strategies.

  • Coaching and mentoring serve distinct purposes. Coaching is primarily future-focused and goal-oriented, aimed at helping you identify and achieve your personal and professional objectives.
